We are re-launching our Functional Fitness class in 2021. So you have the chance to get fit and have fun at ZMAX. The class is not just for martial artists but for anyone who wants a bit more fitness in their life.
Functional Fitness training prepares the body for real-life movements and activities. Movements like squatting, reaching, lifting and pulling will be made easier with functional fitness training as part of your exercise routine.
Functional fitness is focused on building a body capable of doing real-life activities in real-life positions, not just lifting a certain amount of weight in an idealized posture created by a gym machine.
We combine these functional fitness exercises with “boot camp” style circuits and activities to keep your body moving for the whole session.

There are three ways you can sign up for the classes
· Pay per month as a member of this program
· For existing students, the All Access Pass includes the fitness classes
· Buy a block of 10 classes and count them off as you go (for more sporadic attendees.
Initially, classes will run on Monday and Friday at 6pm to 6:30pm but if we have enough interest in morning classes (either before 7am or in the hours after school drop off) we will add them
